How to Make a Booking & Payment Policy

Thank you for considering Phuket-discovery.com as your wedding partner to make a booking for wedding package, etc. with us, please read as below.

Step 1 :

After we have received your booking or enquiry via our booking form or email, we will confirm your request by e-mail with reservation code in 24 hours or less from the time your submit. You must then reply back to us if you agree with our conditions and rates of our service(s)..

Step 2

Weddings, voucher/invoice will be sent to you via e-mail. Please download and print out that document for our services if you agree with Step 1

Step 3

Guarantee the booking we need 50 % deposit. You must then make a payment after you received our invoice.
The Balance of 50 % will be collected one day before wedding.

1.By Wire Transfer	We will send you bank details upon confirmation. Please note that after you have transferred your deposit, you must fax or e-mail a scanned image of the bank slip to us so that we can present this to our bank.

2. By PayPal	Click on the logo for this easy and secure payment method through your credit card or bank account

Phuket-discovery.com Cancellation policies charge as below

	Wedding Packges
		- Notification within 6 months prior to your wedding day, will be charged of your deposit 8,000 Thai baht - Notification less than 6 months prior to your wedding day, will be charged of your deposit 12,000 Thai baht - Notification within 3 months prior to your wedding day, will be charged 15,000 Thai baht. - Notification less than 3 months prior to your wedding day 50 % will be charged of your deposit. - Notification within 3 weeks prior to your wedding day 80 % will be charged of your deposit. - Notification less than 3 weeks prior to your wedding day or no shows before wedding day 100 % of your deposit will be charged

		Must be made in writing either e-mail or by fax to + 66 76 617274 or e-mail at info@phuket-discovery.com ** Please note that your cancellation has been accepted only when you receive a cancellation number.
