How to Make Booking, Payment and Policy of Phang Nga Discovery Tours

Step 1 :

After we got your booking or enquiry with our booking form or email as you submit then we will confirm your request in not more then 24 hours by e-mail back with a reservation code. Your must reply back to us if you agree our condition and rates or our service.

Step 2 :

Wedding, Hotel, Package Tour voucher/ invoice we will send via e-mail you just download and print out use that document for our services ,if you agree with step one.

Step 3 :

How to Pay us once your reservation is confirmed and verified, we can take deposit payments in 4 ways.


1. By Wire Transfer	We will send you banking information and upon confirmation. Please note after you has transfer your deposit then you must fax a bank slip back to us for show our bank here when we go to pick up your money transfer.

2. By Credit Card	Secure online credit card payment, directly through the SCB Siam Commercial Bank (Thailand )
3. By Fax a credit card	detail, in this way we will attach a credit card form via e-mail with amount of the service, then you just fill up a form and fax back at fax no. 66 76 617274 ( get a fax form here and print out )

( Our web-site name www.phuket-discovery.com ).is located in Phuket, Thailand and acts as an agent for individual and group tourist services (e.g.wedding package, hotels , car rental, package tours and sight seeing tour). The following conditions apply for any booking with us. With the booking, the customer confirms his acceptance of the GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS, listed below.

Description and sale of the tourism related products and services takes place over the Internet. Hotels, car rental, package tours, etc. are 3rd party services and there are certain rules established for the sale of these tourism related products and services over the Internet. For Phang Nga Discoverythese are found below. If however the rules for procurements set by the 3rd party differ from those of Phang Nga Discovery, then the rules of the 3rd party will take precedent and apply.
Remark: Wedding package is our own production.

I. CONTENT OF CONTRACT

`Your booking order with Phang Nga Discovery, to provide an individual tourist service such as a hotels, Wedding package car rental or a package tours, can be done in writing, verbally, by telephone or e-mail. Your booking order will also apply to all participants who are listed in the booking, for which the ordering customer will take their liabilities, just like he does for himself. With the booking through Phang Nga Discovery, the contract is passed to the respective agent. The acceptance from our side can happen in writing, verbally, by telephone or e-mail. For the confirmation, you will receive a voucher and the invoice. Our contractual duty is the proper procurement of the booked tourist services or conveyances.

II. PAYMENT

1. When the booking is confirmed you have to deposit to hold the booking approx 40 - 50 % ( or it's depending on the condition ), such as peak season have to pay full amount when received our invoice and voucher). Full pre-payment usually 1 month before arrival or is depending on the condition. For " last-minute bookings, payment is required 100 % after booking is confirmed and receiving the invoice/ voucher, is required for all tourism related services booked through us.

III. CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF BOOKINGS/COMPLAINTS

The client can change or cancel a booking at anytime before the start of a trip. Decisive is the date on which the third party agent / hotel receives the notice of cancellation/change because the decision about the amount of cancellation fees on short notice lies by them.
In addition to the fees charged by the third party, Phang Nga Discovery is entitled to charge an additional cancellation fee as compensation for the cancellation fee imposed by the third party agent / hotel.

Phang Nga Discovery Cancellation policies charge as below

	1. Package Tours
		1.1. Notification within 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date No. charge !
		1.2. Notification less than 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date will be charge 40 % from total amount.
		1.3. No refund a amount incase no show, less than 3 day or cancelled in the same day of package tour start.
	2. Hotels, Accommodation
		2.1. Notification within 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date No. charge !
		2.2. Notification less than 14 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date the amount of one night stay per booking will be charge.
		2.3. No refund a amount incase no show or cancelled in the same day of arrival to hotel.
		2.4. Full pre-payment (usually 1 month before arrival, or depending the condition)
	3. Car rental
		Per booking THB 1.000 (after the car has been taken over, no refund possible) In case of any irregularities Phang Nga Discovery should be informed immediately and given the chance to solve the problem. If the case is only reported after the end of the service, Phang Nga Discovery does not accept responsibility.



	4 Wedding Packges****
		- Notification within 3 months before wedding day 5000 Thai baht will be charge. - Notification less than 3 months before wedding day 30 % will be charged of your deposit. - Notification within 3 weeks before wedding day 60 % will be charged of your deposit. - Notification less than 3 weeks before wedding day or no show before wedding day ( when meeting with our wedding master for brifing the commencement of the ceremony ) 100 % of your deposit will be charge.

	Cancellations
		must be made in writing either e-mail orby fax to + 66 76 617274 or e-mail at info@phuket-discovery.com ** Please note that your cancellation has been accepted only when you receive a cancellation number.

	IV. LIABILITY OF PHANG NGA DISCOVERY AS INTERMEDIARY
		Information about the arbitrated tourism services or conveyances are solely based on the information provided by the third party agents and hotels to us and do not represent an assurance of Phang Nga Discovery to customer. The information provided by Phang Nga Discovery is given without any guarantee expressed or otherwise. Between the third party agent / hotel and the customer, Phang Nga Discovery acts exclusively as an intermediary and acts on the directions of the agent.




	V. INSURANCE
		We recommend you secure a special travel insurance package in your home country to cover loss of luggage, cancellations and health expenses.

	VI. INFORMATION ABOUT PASSPORT- VISA -CUSTOMS-, CURRENCY- AND HEALTH REGULATIONS
		1. Every traveler is responsible for his compliance with the domestic and foreign visa - customs - , currency exchange- and health regulations. 2. Since many regulations depend on the nationality of the traveler, a guarantee for the given information is not taken by Phang Nga Discovery. 3. We would like to point out that a change of regulations and political or environmental conditions may occur at any time. Therefore we recommend checking with the news media, embassies and or hospitals / tropical institutes about the latest information or restrictions for the countries you will be traveling to.
